Problems Logging In?

You may have problems logging in to our website if:

  1. your browser security features are blocking the acceptance of cookies.
  2. the cookies feature is disabled in your browser.

What are cookies?

Generally the problem lies with the cookies enabled or disabled feature in the browser. To fix this you can simply select your browser version from the list below and follow the brief instructions:

For viewers with Internet Explorer 6

In the Menu bar, select:

  1. Tools >> Internet Options >> Privacy tab > Advanced.
  2. The Advanced Privacy Settings box appears.
  3. In the Cookies section, click Override automatic cookie handling.
  4. Under First-party Cookies, select Accept.
  5. Under Third-party Cookies, select Accept.
  6. Select Always allow session cookies.
  7. Click OK to close the Advanced Privacy Settings box.
  8. Click OK to close Internet options.
  9. Close all Web browsers.
  10. Open a new browser.

For viewers with Internet Explorer 5

In the Menu bar, select:

  1. Tools >> Internet Options >> Security tab >> Custom Level tab.
  2. In Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer, click Enable.
  3. In Allow per-session cookies (not stored), click Enable.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Save the settings.

For viewers with Netscape 6 & 7

In the Toolbar, select:

  1. Edit >> Preferences.
  2. In the Privacy and Security section, expand the list to show the choices.
  3. Click Cookies.
  4. Choose either of: Enable cookies for the originating web site only (most secure) or Enable all cookies (most convenient).
  5. You can choose Warn me before accepting a cookie to let you decide whether to accept a cookie.
